Z West is a student apartment built in 2019. The apartment is located on the west side of Umich Lieutenant Colonel, close to the School of Information and the School of Arts and Sciences. It is only a 4-minute walk to the campus.

The apartment provides three types of units: 1B1B, 2B2B and 4B3B. The apartment can be rented out as a single room.
