When is my rent due?
Rent is always due on the 1st of each month. You can pay in advance (due August 1), semester installments (due August 1 and January 1) or in twelve equal installments (due August 1 plus each of the next 11 consecutive months) the first day of the month).
How can I pay my rent?
Rent is typically paid via credit card, visa, master card, and U.S. debit card. Domestic cards need to be able to pay in US dollars. And rent is paid online through the resident's account of the apartment, and cash is not supported.
Are pets allowed at Vic Village North?
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Does the lease include insurance that covers my personal belongings in case of fire, theft, or natur
Vic Village insurance does not cover your personal belongings. For this reason, we recommend purchasing renters insurance. It's usually cheap and will cover your personal belongings if something happens to you.
What if I need to terminate my lease or won't return for spring semester?
Vic Village leases are binding and cannot be broken. If you are unable to live in Vic Village after signing your tenancy, you will need to re-let or find an alternative tenant.
What should I do if my bedroom or apartment needs maintenance?
If you need maintenance, simply go to the resident portal on the apartment website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or go to the front desk. In case of emergency, please notify the front desk immediately.
What furniture is included at Vic Village North?
Vic Village is fully furnished with full-size beds, a large table and chairs. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, an entertainment station and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, bar stools, a dishwasher and a washer and dryer.
How do I receive mail and packages?
Your mail will be delivered to the apartment mailbox located on the Vic Village property.
What should I bring to my apartment?
It's recommended to bring:
Bedding for a full-size bed.
Cosmetic.
Cutlery/cookware.
Decorations that make your new room feel like home!
What activities does The Vic Village host?
Vic Village hosts resident events including resume building nights, professional headshots, pizza parties and Taco Tuesdays. Not only is there free food and giveaways at the event, but it's also a great way to meet new people!
Can families with children rent at Vic Village North?
Yes. Families with children under the age of eighteen can rent Vic Village North apartments under the specific policies:
(i) At least one parent, legal guardian, or other person who has legal custody of the child under the age of 18.
(ii) The designee of such parent or other person having such guardianship, with the written permission of such parent or other person. For households with children, all household members 18 years of age or older must:
(A) complete an application
(B) sign a lease as a resident.
For families with children under the age of eighteen (18), a minimum of two people are allowed in one bedroom. If families with children under the age of 18 require additional occupancy per bedroom, additional occupants may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, depending on factors including but not limited to bedroom and unit size, age of children, unit configuration, any physical restrictions on the property and local occupancy codes.
If the child occupant turns 18 during the lease term, the lease will be permitted to complete its term, subject to renewal only in accordance with the stated occupancy policy. Child occupants who are less than 24 months old at the time of signing the lease will not count towards the maximum occupancy in the occupancy policy, but will count towards subsequent leases if they turn twenty-four months. Landlords have the right to rent out any vacant bedrooms.

No guarantor? no problem. The apartment offers Leap as an option! Leap is a quick and easy process that can be filled out for a sponsor or parent co-signer. Leap's online application is free and takes about 5 minutes to complete.
