I successfully rented a room in a foreign land that I am very satisfied with, I am really so happy! [Victory] I want to especially thank my rental consultant Mike, his efficiency is truly commendable. After discussing my needs, he quickly helped me filter out suitable listings and guided me step by step to confirm the details. It was settled very quickly. The whole process was time-saving and worry-free; I didn't have to stress about looking for a place all over the place. He truly deserves a big thumbs up! This time I rented a 1B1B, the room size is very suitable, with plenty of storage space that fully meets daily storage needs, and the overall layout is very reasonable. After moving in, it feels particularly comfortable, with good lighting.

The house is newly built, features floor-to-ceiling windows, has a great view, high-end kitchen facilities, solid wood flooring, comes with a washer-dryer combo, high cost-performance ratio, and 24-hour security.

The environment is great and the location is in the city center. The apartment is very upscale. 👍

I think Archer is the best house in the area, very spacious with great lighting. The ceiling height is also very comfortable, and the surroundings are convenient. Thank you Yihang Haoju for helping me find a house with such high efficiency.

🍵 I sublet the room of an international student to Gateway through Yishanghaoju, thinking that it's within 5 minutes walking distance to school in DPS, with nearby bus and subway services, and safety guaranteed❗️ 🍮 My room is on the 7th floor, a Private Room in a 2b2b layout, quiet, and the common areas are fully furnished with appliances; there are communal laundries, dryers, and study rooms on each floor of the apartment. 🍵 Initially, I chose to live with American roommates with the mindset of deeply understanding the local culture. Before moving in, I was quite anxious, but because of that, I got to know several foreign friends👯👯.

Very good, life is convenient, and the surroundings are also very safe.

Although Gateway is expensive, the service is really excellent. The repair service can respond within twenty minutes and solve issues efficiently. Picking up packages is also convenient. It is the best choice for those who don't lack money within walking distance of USC!

The supporting facilities exceeded expectations, and the surrounding environment is very good.

Lorenzo is okay, but the Rock customer service is really responsible. I have to nominate and praise them here, okay? The other uhomes customer service feels just average, but this Rock customer service replies promptly and has a good attitude. Uhomes should give this customer service extra rewards.

The apartment service is efficient and very close to USC.

The Lorenzo is about a 10-minute walk from the USC main campus, and the apartment also offers a Shuttle Bus that runs every 30 minutes, taking only 5 minutes to get to school, which is very convenient.
The overall environment of the apartment is great, with complete facilities:
• There is a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, and beach volleyball court;
• It also has billiard tables and table tennis tables, providing a lot of leisure and entertainment options;
• The apartment has its own restaurant, making dining very convenient;
• Almost every day of the month there are activities, which makes it easy for us residents to network and quickly meet new friends.

The service efficiency is high, and the surrounding environment is convenient.

During the summer, I was busy with internships and classes, so I haven't rented a house yet. As my departure date approaches, I thought to seek help in a foreign land. The person in charge of me is Kream, who is incredibly nice and responds to messages instantly, answering all sorts of questions with great patience. Kream recommended some housing options based on my preferences. Unfortunately, I started looking too late, and there were hardly any suitable options. However, he constantly kept an eye on rental information according to my requests and helped match me with suitable roommates. In the end, I happened to find a sublet from a friend of Lorenzo. Since I started the process late and hadn't completed my move-in arrangements upon arrival, Kream has been actively contacting the apartment management, urging them to resolve the issues as soon as possible.

Very good! The apartment has a 24-hour laundry room and gym. There is also access control at the main entrance. The rooftop has a barbecue area and hot springs. The layout of the rooms is also very nice; you can come to rent!

It's very close to the school, the safety conditions here are also good, the community is nice, and the service staff are very timely and have a good attitude.

Room facilities: The 2b2b layout is equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, microwave, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and television.
Apartment facilities: Study room, delivery locker, gym, restaurant, piano.
Surrounding the apartment: Yang Guo Fu Spicy Hot Pot, Shaanxi Noodle Restaurant, 711.

The mattress provided in the apartment is very soft, which some people may not be used to, and the bedroom has no light, only a window, so a desk lamp may be needed.

The rent is proportional to the service, the service is very good
