Refund Policy

Upon or prior to the Expiration Date or earlier termination of this Rental Agreement, Tenants shall remove Tenants' goods and effects and those of any other person claiming under Tenants, and quit and deliver up the Dwelling to Landlord peaceably and quietly in as good order and condition as existed at the Commencement Date, reasonable use and wear excepted, and Tenants shall deliver any and all keys in their possession to the Dwelling and/or the building in which the Dwelling is located to the Landlord by 11am on your lease end date. If keys are not returned by 11am on lease end tenants are subject to holdover rent. Good sand effects not removed by Tenants at the termination of this Rental Agreement, however terminated, shall be considered abandoned and Landlord may dispose of and/or store the same a sit deems expedient, the cost thereof to be charged to Tenants and may be deducted from the Security Deposit. TENANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS THEY MAY HAVEUNDER THE LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT OF 1951, SECTION 250.505A. Should Tenants continue to occupy the Dwelling after the Expiration Date, including any renewal or renewals thereof, such tenancy shall (without limitation of any of Landlord's rights or remedies therefore) be one at sufferance at a minimum monthly rental equal to two hundred percent (200%) of the Rent payable for the last month of the Term.
