Do I have to pay a deposit to live at Iconinc?
When renting a flat, Iconinc requires a £500 deposit (£250 for Triangle@Iconinc). This deposit acts as a security against any intentional damages during your stay. It will be refunded to you after the post-tenancy inspection.
What is Iconinc's refund policy?
- 1. Please note that all cancellations must be notified to Iconinc in writing. Verbal cancellations are not valid.
- 2. It is advisable to refrain from making any bookings with Iconinc until the receipt of your exam results, visa, or other entry requirements has been confirmed.
- 3. If the agreement cannot be completed for reasons within the Iconinc student accommodation's control, the £150 deposit will be refunded within 15 days of collection; however, the deposit will be forfeited if the landlord determines that you do not have the right to rent, have provided false information, have withdrawn from the agreement, or have failed to complete the application within 15 days.
- 4. By signing the agreement with Iconinc, you are bound by the tenancy agreement. You can only be released once a suitable replacement tenant has been found and has assumed full responsibility for the rent.
Can I have friends stay over in my Iconinc student accommodation?
Iconinc is pleased to welcome guests for overnight stays.
If you require a room to share with a friend or partner for an extended period, certain studio room types allow double occupancy for an additional 25% of the rent.
Are Iconinc's facilities included in my rent?
All of Iconinc's excellent facilities, including the gym, sauna, steam room, cinema, games room, communal social spaces and dedicated study rooms, are available free of charge.
What are the lengths of Iconinc's contract?
Iconinc student accommodation provides options between 10, 11 or 12 months, with contracts commencing on 1 July, 1 August or 1 September.
Iconinc also has one or two-month summer leases, with contracts commencing in July and August.
