It doesn't cool at all! 4 The place for the shower head is also broken! The shower head can't be held securely at all! 5 I went to the front desk to explain the situation, hoping they would resolve it quickly, but they didn't fix anything! They just pass the buck to avoid the problem! How slow is their response speed?! I've been waiting for these urgent issues to be addressed for 4 days now! No one has come to fix anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone, don't stay here! Avoid this place!!! Their service attitude is terrible! £351 a week, is this it?
