Having no windows that can be opened is basically like a prison cell ➕ an oven. In 2026, the indoor temperature could reach 34°C (they gave me a barely useful fan with a thermometer on it, so I could know every day how hot the room was). Whenever you cook, the whole room is guaranteed to smell of cooking fumes. A 2-bedroom is basically unlivable unless the two people can live like savages and not cook for an entire year. They are stingy: when there were fewer people during the holidays, they shut down one elevator; when students came back for the start of term, they shut it down again for half a year. When I moved in, there were yellow mold stains on the bedsheet. In the parking lot next to the building, while I was there, people were constantly placing flowers and candles by a lamp post, which made it seem like something had happened there. The advertised cinema room cannot be opened with your own wristband. At this price, you can live in a much better apartment elsewhere in Bristol.
