The room facilities are new and very clean, containing everything needed without any unpleasant odors. However, the room is small and somewhat cramped. The room is very close to the city center, making shopping and daily life very convenient, but it is far from the school, requiring a 20-minute walk.
The common areas are very comfortable, and the rooms are quiet.
