Clodien House is near many scenic parks. A mile to the east, you'll find the beautiful Roath Park, with its lovely lake and spacious green spaces. This is the perfect place to spend an afternoon relaxing. To the north, you have Heath Park, a large park featuring a model railway, a pitch & putt course, tennis courts & a playground.

An 18-minute bus ride south will take you to Albany Rd. where you will find Iceland, Sainsbury's and Boots for day-to-day shopping. Wok To Walk, Sushi Life and Yamas Restaurant are nearby to help you with your eating difficulties.

Clodien House is just across the road from Heath Park Campus, just a 10-minute walk away. Cardiff University is a 28-minute bus ride away. Cardiff Metropolitan University is 23 minutes by public transport. Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama is 22 minutes by public transport. University of South Wales, Cardiff Campus is the furthest away, 16 minutes by car.
