If it is a British savings card, select the Debit card type (the corresponding Billing address needs to be changed to a British address), if it is a Chinese credit card, select the Credit card type (the billing address remains the domestic address) 2. For bank wire transfer, please log in to the Account of Unite Students and click Booking page, download the Bank Transfer Info file, communicate with the bank in advance, and bring the corresponding materials to the bank counter or self-service money transfer machine for remittance. In the remittance postscript, please fill in the personal reservation information (refer to the content required in the bank_tranfer_info file). The wire transfer does not arrive in real time , please be sure to wire transfer 1-2 weeks before the deadline to ensure that the funds arrive on time. Since the bank will charge a cross-border payment service fee, please pay the required rent + service fee when paying the fee to ensure that the full amount arrives.

Should I pay as much as the apartment needs to pay?

Please decide how much to pay based on your payment method, but please make sure that the amount of your rent is consistent with the amount required by the apartment. For example, if you use an international bank remittance, the intermediary bank will charge part of the handling fee, so in this case, please ensure that the amount paid is the payable rent + handling fee, and ensure that the full amount arrives to avoid arrears.

If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying land tax. You must provide proof to the apartment that you are a full-time student

I have been living in this apartment for seven or eight months, and the overall experience has far exceeded my expectations! The house is located in a prime area in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, making life extremely convenient. The room is simply and warmly decorated, with complete furniture and appliances maintained like new. The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent lighting, and the feeling of being awakened by sunlight every day is truly healing. The landlord has thought of everything, equipping the apartment with a water purifier, smart door lock, and high-speed WiFi. They even prepared basic kitchenware, making it truly ready to move in with just a suitcase. The most surprising aspect is the community environment, with 24-hour security and an elevator card access system, providing a strong sense of safety. The garden downstairs is just great!

Very bad! Extremely speechless! Staff frequently swipes their card to enter your room, moving your things casually, barging in while you are in the bathroom or sleeping! Absolutely no privacy, messing with your belongings! It’s especially noisy in the morning; either it's the huge noise from garbage trucks or lawn mowing, with two and a half hours of continuous high-intensity noise from mowing between eight and ten-thirty, making your heart race uncontrollably! Try not to stay here! It’s too frustrating, unless you want complete lack of privacy, unless you can tolerate someone who smells like alcohol unexpectedly barging in and messing with your things, even the bedding gets touched!!
