The teacher is very responsible and patient, helping to filter many apartments, and finally booked a satisfying house 🥰.

I really like it! The house I stayed in was the most satisfying one.

I highly recommend it for its great cost-effectiveness, especially for students in the Computer and Engineering schools. It only takes a maximum of 5 minutes on foot to reach Queen's Building. Right across is a Chinese supermarket, which is really convenient.
CHAI**
Advantages: Cheap and spacious, the room is quite large; there is a bicycle shed; many supermarkets and restaurants around; close to the school. Disadvantages: The room facing the street has windows that cannot be opened; although there is a ventilation fan, it can be stuffy in summer; there is no 24-hour front desk; the laundry room is too small, with only two sets of washing/drying machines.

Other than the lack of a front desk 24 hours a day, I think it is a very cost-effective apartment.

It takes about ten minutes to walk to the School of Engineering and fifteen minutes to the city center. The location is somewhat close to the Middle Eastern district, and it has been quite peaceful during my one year of living here. Right across the street is a Chinese supermarket and a **** supermarket, which is very convenient. I live in a studio; the room is spacious and has plenty of storage space, with an extractor hood and an oven. There are paid washing machines and dryers downstairs. The sound insulation in the room is excellent, so I can hardly feel the presence of neighbors. The living area has a unique large round window, which is very beautiful. At that time, I stayed in Block A in a west-facing room, and the bed was by the window, so I could get sunlight all afternoon.

The main entrance leads directly to a nice Chinese supermarket, which is not far from the city center and the library of the engineering college. It's quite good!

Nice room.

The apartment is nice, but it's a bit small. However, there's a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

The booking and renting made was made so much easier for me with Wasim. He guided me through the steps and I completed the booking and paying of the rent with ease. It's been quite easy to navigate through the website that is used to pay and book my room. Definitely would book again for the next semester.
