For privacy reasons, we do not disclose the names of residents, but you can learn about the people you will be living with through the resident group shared before your arrival, or you can ask your dorm team for some information, such as gender, grade, and school.
When can I move in?
About two months before your selected move-in date, you can schedule a move-in time that suits you. If you have any special accessibility needs or travel issues, be sure to let us know at this time. If you need to move in earlier, we can help arrange that as well. Just contact your dorm team, and they will inform you of the available times and prices.

Can I cancel after booking?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days after signing the lease, as long as you haven't moved in yet, you can cancel. If you go beyond the "cooling-off period," you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is rejected or if you fail to meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa rejection documents within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can also transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification check. Once confirmed eligible, they can take over your lease agreement.
