Broad Lane House (formerly 1 Broad Lane) is the newest development from AXO Student Living and perfect for student at the University of Warwick. It is a high specification development of en-suite and non en-suite rooms, with lovely communal spaces.

Broad Lane House is located on the south side of Coventry in a peaceful area; very close to Earlsdon. It is in a particularly great location for the University of Warwick, with a direct bus getting you to the University of Warwick main campus in 15 minutes. You can get to Coventry University in 20 minutes by bus or in around 10-15 minutes door to door by taking the direct train from the nearby Canley Train Station. Broad Lane House is also within an easy cycling distance to Warwick University.

The development offers a combination of Standard (shared bathroom) and En-suite (private bathroom) rooms along with modern social spaces.
