Shunde Place has four types of flats: Studio, Standard Studio, Duplex En-Suite Flat, Standard En-Suite, and En-Suite, which has multiple communal kitchens. The En-Suite has multiple communal kitchens and its own 3, 4, 5 and 6-bedroom flats, each with its access card, which means that this little piece of paradise is all its own.

The Shunde Place flats are turnkey, furnished, and have free high-speed Wi-Fi for study and recreation. The single en-suite bedrooms have comfortable beds, large wardrobes, study areas, and fully equipped kitchens. When studying gets tiring you can relax in the standard room or go to the gym to exercise. A vending machine in the lobby is available for lunch, snacks, and drinks. Shunde Place Apartments has its maintenance team, so if there is a problem with any of the facilities in any of the rooms after you move in, you can request a repair online.
