The overall room is quite nice; the gold studio has a great view.
Points of dissatisfaction: 1. If the fire alarm goes off in one room, the entire building will ring. 2. The soundproofing is quite average; sometimes when lying in bed, I can hear the neighbors talking. I can't catch the specifics, but there is sound. 3. During the Spring Festival, the promotion referred to it as 'lunar new year.' 4. The garbage station is a bit far from the main building. Other than these, there are no other issues.
