Grafton Manchester provides Non-En-suite rooms for 2-3 people to share. The rooms are fully furnished with double beds, tables and chairs, a wardrobe and an additional sink. Students are required to share the bathroom and living room with their roommates. The shared kitchen is equipped with a cooker, hood, dining table/chairs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and lockers. Dormitory rent includes all expenses such as financial insurance, water, electricity and gas. The Grafton Manchester has a communal laundry room, and there is an extra charge for each load of laundry. In addition, the dormitory has a separate gym for all resident students. The bicycle shed ensures the safety of students' property.
