The Guildhall studio enjoys all the attributes of the larger apartments. Cook delicious meals in the fully fitted kitchen area and have a coffee and breakfast at the study desk. There is plenty of  storage space in the contemporary wall units. The small double bed,  custom designed over storage for cases and larger items, will ensure that you have a great night's sleep.  Complete with En-Suite Shower Room  stylishly tiled with a cabinet and mirror.

The Friars Studios are available on the first and second floors and are very popular and are situated at the back of the building. The Bosch fitted kitchen will help you prepare some great meals.

The study desk has two chairs and there is space for a  sofa opposite.  Italian  storage keeping everything  classy. Have a restful sleep in the small double bed and an energising shower in the fully fitted shower room.  

St Georges: This is a really good choice of studio with extra space. Situated on the front of Princes House with views onto the cobbled Princes Street .   You will have a great time enjoying the trendy interior design of this supersized studio. En-Suite Shower room is a must. Available on both 1st and 2nd floors.

We have three different styles of apartments.  The Paston with its kitchen living area and separate double size bedroom, 30 sqm including the shower room.  The Hungate and Elm are 38 sqm enjoying a much larger living kitchen area, double bedroom and shower room.  Situated at the front of Princes House these apartments are available on both the first and second floors.

Our top floor is dedicated to 7 Bridewell penthouses with views over Churches and chimneys, sunrises and sunsets. Through your entrance door into a hallway and then each penthouse has its own unique design.  Bosch kitchen, luxury shower room, double master bedroom, large sofas, dining tables  and chairs and a choice from a range of design and layout.

Utilities and High Speed Broadband  included in the monthly cost.

The Cathedral View apartments are approached by a private entrance adjacent to Princes House.

The bathroom is a delight and fully fitted.

Overlooking the delightful cobbles of Princes Street this 28 square metres divided neatly into a living kitchen area, bedroom, and shower room. Available on both 1st and 2nd floors.

The Elm apartments have the benefit of a separate bedroom with the same level of luxury as all our apartments. The fully fitted kitchen and bathroom offer a great lifestyle with the Italian design providing loads of storage and a really cool look. Book early for these.Enjoying a different design to an “Elm '', the Hungate is equal in size at 38 sqm.
