Short-Term Student Apartment Rentals in Chicago

Solstice is a very new apartment with excellent conditions. There is a common activity space and a package receiving room on the first floor. The staff attitude is also great. Overall, it is highly recommended.

The service attitude is very good, super赞

Very satisfied, timely service, convenient apartment.

The apartment service is particularly good, very dedicated and responsible. In the early stage, they helped me connect with the apartment by sending emails, and I quickly knew which types of rooms were still available. The stay experience was also very pleasant.

The surrounding environment is good, the apartment is spacious, and the supporting facilities are complete.

It is a very nice apartment with new facilities.

Great, there are various food stores and CVS downstairs, and there's also Target not far away. The apartment has a built-in wifi provider, which is much cheaper than other internet providers.

I booked a short-term rental in Chicago through Yishang, and the entire process was very quick. The apartment is quite nice, with excellent and complete facilities, including in-unit washer and dryer, making it very convenient to live in. Moreover, it comes furnished, which is perfect for transitional living. There's also an additional 4% discount through Yishang!

The apartment is very new, and the front desk service is also great. Thanks for the help in a foreign place!

It is very close to the school, the nearby facilities are also good, and it is close to the supermarket. Overall, I am very satisfied!

The apartment is great!

Very good, close to the school, right next to the subway, and has a gym.

The location is great, just a few minutes' walk downstairs to Whole Foods and a ten-minute walk to Michigan Avenue and Che De Jiu, making shopping convenient. The facilities are somewhat old, with only central air conditioning and an elevator that often breaks down. The room has a nice view, I recommend staying in the newly renovated rooms.

The 9th floor is an absolutely great value 🥹 Go one floor higher and you pay more; go one floor lower and the light gets blocked. Location: Overall, the location is pretty good. It's about a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and subway station, and about a 15-minute walk to the UChicago shuttle stop and other supermarkets. Soundproofing: Although the indoor soundproofing is relatively a little weak, having furniture and a mattress included is really convenient! Facilities: The upstairs pool and gym are smaller than expected, but they're basically enough to use! No major issues~ Cleanliness: The bathroom is very spacious, but you need to buy things like a shower curtain yourself, and there isn't much shelf/storage space.

The house is great, and the lake view is excellent. The transportation is very convenient, whether it's the direct bus to the University of Chicago or the route to downtown, you can catch it right downstairs. However, when moving in, the room is empty, so you need to purchase furniture and beds in advance. After getting used to it, I find it to be a very nice apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped with amenities and services.

A very good experience. The building is very new, with an industrial-style design, a swimming pool, gym, and rooftop. The subway station and package pickup station are right downstairs, and the airport is directly accessible via the Blue Line, making it very convenient. I stayed in a 2B2B unit with a very spacious living room. Both the bedroom and living room have floor-to-ceiling windows, and the soundproofing is also very good.

It's pretty good. Try to live on a higher floor; you'll have a lake view and are less likely to have cockroaches. In terms of location, the school shuttle is right downstairs, and it's very convenient—Whole Foods is only three or four minutes away. However, there are a lot of people in the building and the crowd is a bit mixed. The gym is average.

The overall facilities of the apartment are very new, with no issues of old wear. The second floor has a free gym and a quiet, clean study area. The walls are a bit thin, but that's an old problem with American apartments. The apartment is very close to the school, it takes about 5 minutes by car to reach most colleges. There is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient and you can buy anything you need.

The room is nice and overall very new. Wholefood can be accessed through the underground parking garage.
