The location is great, just a few minutes' walk downstairs to Whole Foods and a ten-minute walk to Michigan Avenue and Che De Jiu, making shopping convenient. The facilities are somewhat old, with only central air conditioning and an elevator that often breaks down. The room has a nice view, I recommend staying in the newly renovated rooms.

The house is great, and the lake view is excellent. The transportation is very convenient, whether it's the direct bus to the University of Chicago or the route to downtown, you can catch it right downstairs. However, when moving in, the room is empty, so you need to purchase furniture and beds in advance. After getting used to it, I find it to be a very nice apartment.

The overall facilities of the apartment are very new, with no issues of old wear. The second floor has a free gym and a quiet, clean study area. The walls are a bit thin, but that's an old problem with American apartments. The apartment is very close to the school, it takes about 5 minutes by car to reach most colleges. There is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient and you can buy anything you need.

The room is nice and overall very new. Wholefood can be accessed through the underground parking garage.
