Short-Term Student Accommodation in Melbourne

Studying abroad made me worried about what software to use for renting a house. I was concerned that foreign software would be complicated to operate and difficult to apply for, until I discovered the Yixiang Haoju platform, which is really convenient. The interface design of Yixiang Haoju is very user-friendly, and the operation is quite simple. The housing information is displayed very clearly, with photos, prices, locations, configurations, and other details readily available, allowing me to quickly filter out properties that meet my needs. The customer service at Yixiang Haoju is very professional and patient. When I inquired about the details of the property, the signing process, and rental-related considerations, they were always able to respond quickly and provide detailed and practical advice. This thoughtful service anytime and anywhere made me feel a complete sense of reassurance and trust.

Well-equipped facilities with independent bathroom and kitchen, plenty of storage cabinets. The laundry room offers free wash and dry services six times a week, and bills including wifi, water, and electricity cover all needs. Security is very strict with 24-hour monitoring. There is a gym and a package receiving room, making it very convenient to collect parcels. The apartment has parcel lockers.
Location: There is an Asian supermarket downstairs, Woolworth, a barbecue restaurant, a coffee shop, and a chemist's house pharmacy. There is also a neighborhood shop right next to the apartment, making grocery shopping very convenient. You can walk to the city center where large shopping malls are located; shopping, dining, and strolling around are very convenient. It is close to RMIT/University of Melbourne/tram stations and train stations.

I had a great experience using Uhomes to find my accommodation. The team was very professional and attentive to my requirements. They managed to find a place that perfectly matches my preferences and, most importantly, fits my budget. The process was smooth and transparent. Highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a hassle-free housing search!

The surrounding Coles Wool is very close and particularly convenient. The scenery outside the window is really beautiful. Additionally, the prices are exactly the same as on Google's official website! There are no extra fees, and communication is very convenient since the staff are all Chinese! Renting a house in a foreign land is a brand new experience. Through Yishang Haoju, I quickly found my ideal residence. The platform has a wealth of housing options, and the services provided are very thoughtful. From finding a place to signing the contract, there are professional personnel assisting throughout the process, which greatly reduces communication hassles. The initial tension of arriving in a new place has been alleviated significantly. After moving in, the house is fully equipped, and the transportation is convenient, making my life in a foreign country much easier.

Facilities: the best gym among all student apartments in Melbourne Internet speed: not great; it often disconnects in the middle of the night Soundproofing: the couple next door gets into passionate arguments Hygiene: the sink in the bathroom is really small Location: the location is good, with a supermarket and an Asian supermarket downstairs. WeMa is right next door, and the city is not far either But comparatively, I feel the Accolade next door is better, with more events, better room types, and cheaper prices. They have studio room types. However, their keys are not electronic, and there are hidden costs: if you lose your card or leave it in your room, you have to pay to get the door opened. Their laundry room is better than Switch's, and I heard they recently have free laundry cards

My overall stay at Melbourne Victoria Market (Journal Market Way) was quite good. The apartment is in an excellent location, right next to Victoria Market, with supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. It is within the free tram zone and very close to the train station, making daily commuting and grocery shopping very convenient. The apartment has comprehensive shared facilities, including a gym, yoga room, music rehearsal room, vintage-style library, and a rooftop sky garden on the 38th floor. There are also several cafés in the building, making it suitable for both relaxing and studying. The room has great natural light and views, ample storage space, and a private bathroom that offers a high level of privacy. The apartment front desk responds promptly, and building security is well managed.

Student apartments usually hold events, but the number and quality of events vary from one student apartment to another. Yugo Berkeley Street usually organizes events together with Yugo University Square, with around 9 events each month. Although spots are limited, they're all quite fun! Through these events, you can try many new things and make lots of friends! You get what you pay for—although Yugo may be a bit pricey, it's very close to the school and the tram station, the living experience is comfortable, and the management staff are quite friendly. For higher floors, it depends on the room type, so you'll need to check whether it faces the courtyard or the outside. Rooms facing outside get especially good sunlight. There's plenty of hot water, the facilities are complete, and the space feels quite large. I really like Yugo! I guess I'm kind of a senior student now, so if you have any other questions, I'll do my best to reply.

The apartment is located on A'Beckett Street in the heart of Melbourne, offering an excellent location. RMIT University is within a short walking distance, and trams, supermarkets, and cafés are all nearby, making daily commuting to class, shopping, and getting around extremely convenient. The building features a helpful front desk and key-card access, with a well-developed security system that provides strong peace of mind. Shared facilities are abundant, including a quiet study room, a professional gym, and a high-rise viewing lounge with excellent views, allowing you to focus on studying and also relax with friends in your free time. The rooms come fully equipped with appliances and furniture, and water, electricity, and internet are all included in the rent, so there is no need to pay separate bills, saving you a lot of hassle. The apartment is well managed overall, with most residents being international students, creating a friendly atmosphere. It is a high-quality choice for student accommodation in Melbourne CBD.

I truly appreciate your cheerful and enthusiastic support in helping me find a home. Your positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to assist made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I love my apartment so much because it's close to my school (Monash Caulfield) and luckily it's clean and new. It's just a small room but it's enough for 1 person. Overall, I have a great experience living here.

My overall experience living at Accolade Apartments has been very good. The apartment has a great location, making it very convenient for getting around and going shopping. The shared kitchen and leisure activity room downstairs are well equipped, and I can often cook and socialize with neighbors, creating a great living atmosphere. The apartment room is bright and well ventilated, and the living environment is quiet, clean, and tidy. The property management staff respond very efficiently, and whenever I report an issue, they communicate and handle it in a timely manner. The apartment also regularly organizes free community activities, where I can meet many students from different countries. It is very friendly for international students coming to Melbourne to study. The surrounding area has complete daily amenities and supermarkets, making everyday shopping convenient. Overall, the living experience is comfortable, and it is very suitable for international students. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to come to Melbourne.

One of the things that stressed me out the most before coming to Melbourne was finding a place to live 😂. I was worried that the location might be inconvenient, and also that the actual apartment wouldn't match what I saw online. In the end, I chose the apartment I'm living in now, and after staying here for a while, my overall experience has been pretty good. The location is quite convenient, making it easy to get to school, supermarkets, and the city center. It's very friendly for international students who have just arrived in Melbourne and aren't yet familiar with the area. What I like most is that the apartment has fairly complete common areas and facilities, with suitable spaces for studying, relaxing, or working out. The room itself is also comfortable to live in, with basically everything needed for living alone. Also, after moving in, if I run into any issues with payments, facilities, or other matters, I can just go to the front desk and ask. Communication is quite convenient. When I first arrived in Australia, I wasn't familiar with many things, so having staff available to consult directly really saved me a lot of trouble. If you're coming to Melbourne to study for the first time and don't know how to choose accommodation, I think it's a good idea to compare the location, room type, budget, transportation, and daily convenience in advance before choosing the option that suits you best. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my stay so far. I hope this honest move-in experience can serve as a reference for students coming to Melbourne in the future～☺️

The agent supports my situation really well. She always tries to be most accurate for my question and replied my message pretty quick. The quality at Uhomes is good, everything looks clean and modern, and the receptionist is polite.

0.07 Melbourne rental experience I am very satisfied with the Melbourne Student Village apartment found through Yishang Haoju. The location is convenient, the living environment is safe, the facilities are complete, and both study and leisure spaces are well-equipped. The room is spacious and bright, the price is reasonable, and the cost performance is very high. The management team of the apartment is also very professional and friendly, always providing help and solving problems quickly. Not only does it provide me with a comfortable living experience, but I have also met many classmates from all over the world, and the atmosphere is very friendly. I highly recommend Student Village to students living and studying in Melbourne!

Living at UniLodge Melbourne has been a practical and overall pleasant experience for international students studying in the city. As a student accommodation provider specially designed for university residents, UniLodge offers a balanced combination of convenient location, complete facilities, and a safe living environment, making it a suitable choice for overseas students new to Melbourne. One of the biggest advantages of UniLodge is its excellent location. It is situated in the central area

Flagstaff Station student apartments enjoy an excellent location, with extremely convenient transportation and nearby transit stops, making it easy to commute to classes, go out shopping, or get around daily. The rooms are fully equipped with complete furniture and appliances, and they include basically everything needed for everyday living, so there is no need to buy many extra items after moving in. The apartment's internet connection is stable, making online classes, research, streaming shows, and watching videos smooth without lag, which is very practical for international students. The sound insulation is also very good, effectively blocking outside street noise and keeping the indoor environment quiet, so you won't be disturbed and can enjoy a good quality of rest. The common areas are cleaned regularly, keeping the environment neat and tidy, and the security management is relatively strict, providing a strong sense of safety. The surrounding living facilities are well developed, with supermarkets and convenience stores not far away, making it very convenient to buy daily necessities. Overall, the living experience is excellent, the comfort level is high, and I highly recommend this place to students coming to study in Melbourne.

To be honest, not everything is nice and as glory as people might expect. And this get very tricky for a first-time customer like me to rent a student accommodation, but the only thing that is always be perfect and excellent is my agency Thu Hien. She is very, how do I say, very cute, lovely, she take care everything, answer my question quickly, and handle all the work for me, even some of the work that I believe not her responsibility. That's how she worked professional, professional, and extra professional. I need to emphasize that three times just to make sure you got it =)))

It was my first time in Melbourne, my luggage was heavy, and my heart felt even heavier. As a newcomer to the University of Melbourne, the thing that worried me the most before landing was not my class schedule, but "Where am I going to live?" At first, I just wanted to find a place close to the school, but after scrolling through property listings for several nights, I realized the issue was far more complicated than just being 'near or far.' Rent was expensive, contracts were complex, and the risks of sharing a place were high; each term made me anxious to the point of insomnia. I remember the most frustrating moment was when I contacted a landlord, and during the video call, I couldn't understand a word of English. They wanted me to "transfer the deposit first before viewing the property." The moment I hung up the phone, I really felt like giving up.

Good good good good good good good good good 👍 good

I am very satisfied with the house, which is located opposite the college and has a gym and a cinema. I originally thought the sound insulation would be poor, but I found that there should be soundproof cotton in between the two rooms. The sound insulation is much better than I expected, and the apartment is very new, exceeding my expectations.
