Short-Term Student Accommodation in Hong Kong(China)

The first surprise of coming to China Hong Kong must be provided by The Emperor Hotel and Uhomes! Previously, I heard friends say that booking accommodation in Hong Kong is troublesome, and I was quite worried. However, this time I booked a room using Uhomes, and the whole process was ridiculously smooth! The customer service was super quick to respond, and any issues could be solved immediately. The VR viewing allowed me to see the actual room, eliminating any guesswork. The best part is that there were no hidden costs, which really put my mind at ease! After checking in, I was even more pleasantly surprised; the room was much larger than I imagined, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. Even a person like me who has trouble sleeping on unfamiliar beds could have a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, there was plenty of hot water, and the free WiFi was super fast, enabling me to binge-watch shows and work without any lag. The details were on point! The location was also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with shopping malls and snacks nearby, making daily commuting and shopping extremely convenient. The apartment experience is incredibly surprising, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a room! The location is really convenient; it's only a 3-minute walk to the subway entrance, and the shopping area is very close. There are convenience stores and breakfast shops right downstairs, so all daily needs can be easily met. The apartment has excellent lighting; when you pull back the curtains in the morning, you can soak up the sun. The room is cleaned weekly by a cleaning lady, and it is spotless. The bedding is soft and clean, making it feel as comfortable as sleeping in your own home; every day when I come back and lie on the bed, I feel incredibly relaxed. The best part is that it has a complete set of amenities; the kitchen and laundry facilities, including the washer and dryer, are all well-equipped! The hot water in the bathroom comes quickly and remains stable!

I rented a treasure apartment in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, with a very good location. Public transportation and subway lines are abundant, making your travel worry-free. There are security personnel at the entrance, which makes it very safe. The room is tidy and bright; every morning, sunlight filters through the windows into the room, filling it with energy. The room is very spacious and perfect for students from Hong Kong! The room is fully equipped, with all necessary furniture and appliances, allowing you to move in with just your luggage. When renting, I was very confused until I contacted Yishang Haoju. Using the Yishang Haoju app made finding a house convenient, the publicity matched the actual property, and the staff were enthusiastic, patiently explaining everything with a good attitude. China Hong Kong rental housing / Emperor Hotel + Yihang Good Home yyds
Before coming to China Hong Kong, my biggest concern was accommodation issues, afraid of hitting a pitfall and the hassle of booking. As a result, this time I booked Emperor Hotel through Yihang Good Home, and the experience was absolutely great!
First, about the booking process: it was really worry-free the whole time! The customer service at Yihang Good Home is very reliable; they responded to my questions instantly and even helped me confirm the room's orientation and check-in time. I had only 4 days to move, but thanks to Uhome and Lyssa, the process was seamless. Lyssa was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and guiding me through every step until my contract was signed. She made a potentially stressful move so much easier. Highly recommend Uhome, especially with Lyssa as your consultant!

I have already checked in today, and the room facilities are very complete. The supermarket downstairs has vegetables and fruits, which is very convenient. Before checking in, the hygiene was also very clean, and the temporary experience was very good.

Facilities: Pretty good! The facilities are nice, the water supply is strong, and there are no issues with electricity. Overall, everything is quite new. Internet speed: I haven't had any real problems using it. It's not fast, but it has never disconnected. Soundproofing: You can hear sounds from next door, and it's pretty noisy outside if you open the window, but very quiet once you close it. Still, it's already quite good. The only thing is that the air conditioner is a bit loud, but it works very well, so I don't really have anything to complain about. Cleanliness: Very good! The staff come by every day to clean and collect the trash. I lived here for a year and never saw any bugs. Location: Super convenient—the subway station is right downstairs, and there are also many supermarkets nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It's a great option with good conditions and an affordable price. The only downside is that climbing the stairs can be a bit tiring lol

The place is really great! It was newly renovated this year, with brand-new facilities and appliances, and the space is spacious at around 15 square meters. One side has four windows that bring in plenty of natural light, and since the windows face northeast, you can get sunlight in the morning. For someone like me who loves opening windows for ventilation, it feels very comfortable!! There is also a clothes-drying rod installed on the ceiling that can be pulled down, making it convenient to dry clothes. The small kitchen has a built-in induction cooktop and sink, and the bathroom even has a smart toilet. The whole building is in a very quiet residential area. Although the building is a bit older, the stairwell is simple, clean, odor-free, and well ventilated. Overall, I'm truly very satisfied with the place! I also want to thank Liora for working so hard to help me organize and recommend all kinds of great apartments 🥹 Highly recommend!!

🏠 Tai Po Uptown Plaza | I made three "ridiculous" requests, and my consultant actually made them all happen! Before coming to China Hong Kong, I told my uhomes.com consultant that I wanted a place right above the MTR, on a high floor and quiet, with supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. I thought I was asking for too much and might not find anything, but the consultant directly recommended Uptown Plaza — step outside and you're in the mall, with over 70 supermarkets and eateries, and a zero-walk commute! From the high floor, opening the window gives you views of the mountains and sea, and at night it's so quiet you can hear the wind. The whole apartment search was done online with VR viewings — no surprises, no hassle. My study-abroad life felt amazing from day one of moving in. Thanks, uhomes! #uhomes.com #uhomes #ChinaHongKongStudentHousing #TaiPoUptownPlaza

First, Ella is very patient and enthusiastic. She quickly recommends a variety of high-quality housing options based on specific needs. Even if an in-person viewing is not possible, she provides an immersive viewing experience by filming the room from every angle. Second, the apartment is move-in ready and fully equipped with furniture and appliances, including a washing machine, dryer, microwave, bedding, and more. Dedicated staff come every week to clean the shared areas, keeping the living environment clean and comfortable. Third, if any appliances or furniture are damaged, the team responds promptly in the group chat and patiently provides solutions. After a repair request is submitted through the mini program, they also arrange for a technician to come and fix it. Overall, this place provides a comfortable living environment and convenience for daily study and life. In my free time, I can also go out with friends, relax, and enrich my life outside of class.

The Cheung Sha Wan student apartment is especially great, with beautiful views, a well-designed layout, and clean hygiene. It's very comfortable to live in, and I recommend students from City University of China Hong Kong, China Hong Kong Baptist University, and the China Hong Kong Polytechnic University to book this apartment. The front desk service is also very attentive. There is a shared kitchen, washing machine, and dryer on the first floor. The room has plenty of natural light, and the windows are very practical—they can be opened for ventilation and closed to keep insects out. The room is also very new and tidy, with good air circulation and no unpleasant odors. Living here alone is truly such a joy. The hot water supply is sufficient and works very well. The card-in power system turns the electricity on when the card is inserted and off when it is removed, which is perfect for students who are rushing to school and don't have time to unplug everything. It is also very close to the metro station, and you can go to many places by taking the Tsuen Wan Line and Kwun Tong Line. Internet speed: The internet is very fast, with no lag when making calls or watching videos. Facilities: The facilities are complete. Soundproofing: The soundproofing is very good, making it easy to sleep peacefully.

I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! The location is convenient, close to shops and public transport. The building is clean, secure, and well-maintained. My unit is spacious, quiet, and gets great natural light. The management team is responsive and friendly, quickly addressing any issues!

I have been living in this place for some time now, and the overall living experience has been very comfortable. It is the most satisfying rental experience I have had so far, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone currently looking for a place to live. First of all, what I am most satisfied with is the overall environment of the home. The layout is square and practical, with excellent natural light and transparency. During the day, the interior is bright, and the ventilation is very good, making daily living dry, fresh, and not at all stuffy. The space is used efficiently, the layout is well-designed, and it is very comfortable for daily living, studying, and resting. The walls, floors, and furniture are all well maintained and look quite new. There are no odors or mold spots, and everything is clean and tidy, making it an excellent move-in-ready experience. Secondly, the facilities are complete and in good working condition. The room is fully equipped with appliances and furniture, including the air conditioner, water heater, washing machine, lighting, cabinets, and other equipment, all of which work properly and perform reliably. Since moving in, I have barely encountered any issues. The water and electricity systems are stable, daily water and power usage are smooth, and the internet signal is steady. Whether for relaxing at home, studying online, or working remotely, it is more than sufficient. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and tidy, with smooth drainage and no tendency for water to accumulate, making the living experience worry-free and comfortable. What deserves the most praise is that the landlord is especially reliable, sincere, and responsible. Before I moved in, the landlord patiently answered all my questions and explained the important things to note about the home, how to pay for water and electricity, and the surrounding living facilities in detail. Communication was very patient and thorough.

A perfect rental experience beyond expectations! This rental truly exceeded my expectations! From viewing the apartment to signing the lease, the entire process was incredibly smooth. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—if anything, it was even better in person! The room has excellent natural light, is clean and tidy, and the furniture and appliances are all new. The mattress is just the right balance of soft and firm, which is a real blessing for someone like me who is a light sleeper. What satisfied me the most was the property manager, who was super nice and very easy to communicate with. They responded quickly to messages and helped resolve any small issues right away, making me feel especially at ease even while living away from home. The environment is also great, with strict security, and there's a convenience store and bus stop right downstairs, making daily life and commuting extremely convenient. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone currently looking for a home. It's definitely a "home" where you can settle in with peace of mind. A five-star review—well deserved!
