If other students cancel the room, or agree to exchange with you, you can contact the property management team of the apartment, and the staff will try their best to meet your needs. However, except for the different room types and different building areas, the configuration and facilities of each room are the same.

Won&#x27;t. You need to log in to your apartment system account and set up your payment method, pay online or pay by credit card at the front desk of the apartment, or pay by bank transfer, but bank transfer is usually used in special cases (such as online payment difficulties/ payment failure, etc.), we prefer the first two payment methods. When you submit your reservation request, you can choose your payment method.

Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your lease. The guarantor needs to know about your occupancy and agree to your rent payment. If payment is delayed, the property will contact your guarantor. The guarantor must be at least 18 years old, have a full-time job, and have a fixed residence. Generally, the guarantor will be required to provide proof of residential address to verify identity.

The apartment is non-smoking for safety reasons and has smoke alarms. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk of the apartment where the corresponding smoking area is located.

You can store personal belongings at The Depot during the holiday if your lease covers the holiday. Just remember to lock all windows and doors properly, and turn off unnecessary lights and electrical appliances before you leave.

If your tenancy agreement ends before the holidays, please keep an eye on the notices at reception or email the on-site team at The Depot for storage services during the holiday.

Smoke or heat detectors are installed in every bedroom and kitchen.

Fire detection systems are installed throughout all buildings.
Fire alarms are connected to a central monitoring service, via Red Care, in the vast majority of buildings.
On-site staff underwent specialised training in fire safety, including responding to fire alarms and conducting regular building inspections.
