Living experience overall superior
The big fat security guard at the front desk feels like he is stimulated. Don't mess with him if it's okay.
Sound insulation is really awesome, this must be praised

It's a scam; they promised a refund but kept dragging their feet and eventually told me that the contract had expired and they couldn't process it.
