It's very bad. I promised to refund the money all the time. I finally told me that the contract expired and I couldn't handle it.

For privacy protection reasons, we do not disclose the names of residents. However, you can find out who you will be living with through the resident group shared before your move-in, or you can ask your dorm team for some information, such as gender, grade, and school.
When can I move in?
About two months before your scheduled check-in date, you can book a moving-in time that works for you. If you have any special accessibility needs or travel issues, please let us know at this time. If you need to check in early, we can assist with that as well; just contact your dorm team, and they will inform you of the available times and prices.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Unlike many other accommodation providers, we don't require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask you to pay the rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first month's rent. You could say it's like a little gift for yourself, and you will appreciate its convenience by September!

Can I cancel after making a reservation?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days after signing the lease, you can do so as long as you haven't moved in yet. If the "cooling-off period" has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is refused or if you do not meet the admission requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notice or the visa refusal document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notification. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification check. Once confirmed, they can take over your lease contract.
