Please refer to the detailed rules of the corresponding activities provided by the apartment when the students make a reservation, and then please accept the corresponding detailed rules with the apartment.
Can my friend come and see me?
The apartment welcomes students to invite guests to stay. Please inform the apartment staff if you are staying overnight. The apartment also recommends that if a classmate invites guests, please inform them before the guest arrives to be aware of the classmate's roommate, and to ensure that the site regulations regarding noise in the room are followed. Also, remember that as apartment tenants, students are responsible for the actions of their guests.

Can I check in early?
If you need to check in early, please contact your consultant teacher. If there are vacancies in the apartment for the corresponding lease period, you can arrange early check-in after accepting the corresponding extra rent
Do I need to pay land tax?
If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying land tax. You must provide proof to the apartment that you are a full-time student
When can I move out?
You can move out anytime. However, keep in mind that your contract is a fixed-term rental agreement, so even if you move out before the lease expires, you will still be required to pay the rent in full.
How do I collect my access card?
After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can get the key card from the apartment front desk
What do I need to bring to check in?
Please refer to your student handbook for a full list of items we recommend you bring, like bedding, down jackets, pillows, sheets, all to bring. Don't panic if you can't take some items with you - there are plenty of shops nearby to find what you need.
Can I keep pets inside the apartment?
No, no pets are allowed in the apartment.
What should I do if I need to report for repair?
1. You can log in to maintenance issues through the online portal by logging into your account on the website and clicking Maintenance Requests. 2. You can also report urgent problems to the reception desk by going to the reception desk or by calling the telephone number on the website page. A member of the apartment's on-site maintenance team will work to resolve your issue quickly.

Can I smoke inside the room?
The apartment is non-smoking for safety reasons and has smoke alarms. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk of the apartment where the corresponding smoking area is located.
Do you have property insurance?
The apartment provides everyone with cover4insurance.com insurance included in your fee. Personal property up to £7,000 and computer equipment up to £2,500. You can add coverage for other items/elements or values by contacting Cover4Insurance.com.
