The surrounding transportation is convenient, close to the cafeteria and supermarket. The roommates are friendly, and the common areas are cleaned regularly. It offers great value for money and ensures safety, making it an ideal choice for learning and living! Highly recommended~

Right across is Aldi, Asian supermarket, and downstairs there is Coop, McDonald's, etc. Access requires a card, which enhances security. The apartment has a garden, gym, and study area. Disadvantages: Poor sound insulation, one can quickly learn the inventory arrival times of all shops upon moving in. There are many Middle Eastern people, which can be sensitive for the smell. The kitchen is inspected monthly for hygiene, and if it fails, a paid sanitation team will be arranged. The room does not provide trash bins or cleaning tools. The front desk is open on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, but may face situations where "blind boxes" need to be opened.

Really bad, it's really not worth this price, let alone the fact that it dropped in price right after I rented it, down £60 in a week; for the same price, you can rent something much better and larger.

1. In the same type of unit, there is one less chair in my room. Also, the window is basically non-functional; there is a gap, but it is obstructed by the wall. The room is very stuffy. If possible, don't stay here.
2. The internet is extremely poor; no one responds when contacting the apartment, and it is also very slow when reaching out to the internet company myself.
3. Don't stay, don't stay, don't stay; if you see it, just run away.
