It's really nice, the food is pretty good, and it feels very safe. The front desk keeps delivered packages properly and occasionally brings them to your door. Cleaning once every two weeks is no problem.

Very close to the school and the city center.
Location: very convenient
Cleanliness: cleaned regularly
In the city center of Bristol, not far from the school, breakfast is available on weekdays, 24-hour security is provided, the environment is quite nice, and the staff attitude is pretty good~
The surrounding environment is very good, and the apartment service is very efficient.
Shopping is convenient, and a good school is nearby. It's quite nice!
Previously, it was said that the poor front desk left, and nothing was lost; everything has been quite good. The main advantage is the convenience of the location, as it is very close to the police station.
The external facilities and surrounding environment have been proven to be the best in Bristol.
The room decoration style is good, and the public area facilities are abundant.
Very satisfied, there are supermarkets and hypermarkets nearby that are very close to the school.
The staff is very patient, the apartment has good hygiene conditions, and someone will regularly help you with cleaning.

The location is very convenient, the overall condition is acceptable, and it's best to choose a room with a window.

There has been a leak in the room for two weeks, and the reception took a week to fix it. During that time, I was constantly moved (changed) rooms. (From the third floor to the fifth floor and then back to the third floor, a total of three times.) After the leak was fixed, the room has been emitting a musty smell. The manager has not taken any action so far. After I strongly expressed my concerns, they moved me to another room, but during this time, they kept pressuring me to move back to the original room. On the night of October 17, at eleven o'clock, I was kicked out of the temporary room I was staying in, saying that someone was about to check in, and that they needed to arrange for me to move into another studio in the early morning. I really can't take it anymore; please help me. Thank you.

There have been countless times when the heating was off in winter, the service was extremely slow, and breakfast was always unavailable when I wanted to eat. 😊

Loose safety management often leads to lost items. Repair efficiency is low; broken light bulbs and cabinet doors have not been fixed for six months.
