This apartment is in an excellent location. It’s very convenient to walk to the core business district without having to climb any hills, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily life extremely convenient. The facilities far exceeded expectations, with a full range of appliances and furniture. The studio comes with a refrigerator and a microwave-oven combo, which greatly improves the living experience. The hot water supply is also very sufficient, making it easy to wash dishes and take showers. The room is well soundproofed, and there isn’t much vehicle traffic downstairs, so it’s very quiet at night and the sleep quality is excellent. The front desk provides 24-hour security, and the system is both strict and people-oriented. The common areas are cleaned by dedicated staff every day, making the place feel comfortable and secure.

The facilities are complete, the hot water supply is excellent and the water pressure is stable. The elevators run smoothly, there is always someone at the front desk, and the service attitude is good. It is quite close to various supermarkets and the main campus of Bristol. The room has great natural light, and a trolley is available for free use when receiving parcels.
There is no desk lamp in the room, so you’ll need to bring one; otherwise, it doesn’t feel very bright at night. The windows can be opened very wide, so the ventilation is good. The soundproofing is okay, and there is also a TV in the common area. It’s a 1-minute walk to a Tesco.
The twin room I live in is quite spacious, the hot water meets the needs, the window can be opened for good ventilation, it is not cold at all in winter, and the light is also pretty good. The elevator has never broken down, which is great.
It's okay; the environment is nice, but the soundproofing is a bit poor. The apartment has a gym, a TV room, and a lounge area. The facilities are complete, and the environment is nice. The front desk service attitude is good.
Facilities: The facilities are very new, including a movie room and study room. Although the gym is small, it still has equipment suitable for workouts.
Hygiene: The cleanliness of the common areas is quite good, with staff cleaning every day.
Security: 24-hour security.
Location: It is fairly close to the city center and near a large ASDA supermarket, making grocery shopping very convenient.
The facilities are new, the apartment staff are very efficient, there is a 24-hour front desk, and you can pick up packages anytime.
Normally the network can reach up to 30mb/s, but during peak times like the evenings or weekends, the network can be quite poor, with speeds dropping to single-digit MB/s, resulting in noticeable lag.
The window doesn't have a screen, so opening it for ventilation lets in a lot of dust.
Other than that, the experience is quite good.
The stay was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the decor felt high-quality, the facilities were complete, the internet speed was very fast, and the soundproofing was also great, making it very quiet for resting at night. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and dining nearby. The staff also provided great service. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance!
A bit far from the school, but the facilities are very new and quite complete. There are many activities inside the apartment, and the studio layout is more spacious than in other apartments.
