She didn’t just send me options and disappear; she listened, asked questions, gave honest advice, and really helped me figure out what would work best for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood every part of the process — from contracts, payments, to even helping with communication with landlords. The soundproofing of the house is very poor, the required roommate is Chinese, and it wasn't met. The roommate is very messy and makes the kitchen and bathroom disgusting, reporting it is of no use.
