The room is comfortable.There is an elevator.It is very close to the train station, just a seven-minute walk.The new campus of the business school is also very close, only a five-minute walk.You can reach the community on the hill within half an hour on foot.The internet speed is very fast.The sound insulation is a bit poor; you can hear the sounds in the hallway.
I lived here for a year, and overall it was pretty good. It’s not far from the city center, but it is quite a long walk to get to classes. When I first arrived, the room was very neat and clean overall, but you could definitely tell from the facilities that it was an older apartment building.
Very good house layout, the interior is clean and elegant, retaining the unique charm of British style. The surrounding living facilities are complete, the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet, and the入住体验极佳，is an ideal residence.
The room is spacious and well-equipped. The service at IQ is very good, the front desk staff are friendly, and repairs are handled promptly. The three-door access control system provides good security. The courier services are uniformly managed by IQ, ensuring proper operations. The only downside is that the sound insulation is slightly poor. Everything else is great, with a billiards table, movie room, gym, and study room. IQ also periodically gives small gifts～

The staff at the front desk of the apartment are responsible and friendly, and communication is also very pleasant. Various activities are organized from time to time. The apartment has a matching parking lot that can be used, which is very nice!
