The lights are too dim, the facilities feel a bit old, and the sound insulation of the room is not very good.

Reported on the day of move-in that the mattress was damaged, took a week to confirm a new mattress, it has been five days since the mattress arrived and they have not come to replace it, three days without responding to emails, saying there are more urgent matters to handle. It has been three weeks since moving in and the mattress is still damaged, seriously affecting sleep.
