The location is great, next to Tesco, one hundred meters from the city center. The best apartment in Durham with excellent facilities and quick maintenance. The only downside is that the rooms are small, so I recommend booking a larger one.

Very good, very good, just downstairs is Sainsbury. It's also just a 12-minute walk to the big Tesco, Aldi, Iceland, Tkmaxx and other supermarkets. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center (depending on your walking speed). There is a bus line 64 downstairs, which goes directly to the city center and M&S. The price is very reasonable, but there is no gym and it's a very quiet apartment. Highly recommended.
