2 Bedroom Flats to Rent in Edinburgh

The accommodation experience was great, and the front desk service was excellent with a friendly attitude. Overall, I am very satisfied with this student apartment and highly recommend it! The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of campus, with supermarkets, cafés, and bus stops nearby, making daily shopping and commuting very easy. The room is more spacious than expected, fully furnished, and the bed, desk, and storage cabinet are all very practical. It has good natural light and sound insulation, making it quiet for both studying and resting. The common areas are clean and tidy, the kitchen facilities are well equipped, and the atmosphere among roommates is friendly. The front desk responds promptly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the security access system provides great peace of mind. The apartment is well managed overall, with common areas cleaned regularly, giving residents a strong sense of safety. The price is good value for money compared with other student apartments in the same area, making it a very suitable choice for students coming to study in the United Kingdom. My overall living experience during my stay has been comfortable, and I highly recommend this place to future students!

I rented the entire unit for a full year, and the overall living experience was excellent. The apartment has a well-proportioned layout, great natural lighting, and is fully equipped with furniture and appliances. For daily cooking, an induction cooktop is used instead of gas, which makes it safer for home living. The basic facilities in the apartment operated stably, and all kinds of appliances worked properly, with very few issues during the stay. The location is convenient, making commuting to school easy. Supermarkets, Chinese supermarkets, restaurants, and other shops are all available nearby, so it is very convenient to buy daily necessities, and the surrounding amenities are complete. Throughout the rental process, I communicated with the property customer service team, who responded promptly and communicated patiently and efficiently. The rental procedures were standardized, and whenever housing-related issues were reported, they were properly coordinated and handled, with maintenance matters followed up well. During my one year living here as an international student, I felt secure and worry-free. The living environment was stable, making it very suitable for students studying abroad. I would recommend it to everyone.

Very good, excellent, especially good.

The room has a washing machine and dryer, a kitchen with a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a television, and a private bathroom. The public area downstairs includes a study room, a cinema, a gym, bicycles, karaoke, a printer, and a coffee machine (various options available) with activities during holidays. Location: there are several supermarkets nearby. Public transport to various campuses is convenient.

Very good, the apartment's facilities are great, and the location is convenient for living.

Really very good! Highly recommend everyone to stay.

This apartment is very comfortable to live in, and the facilities are really much newer in comparison, and the decoration inside the room is particularly good.

There are many supermarkets around the apartment, including Chinese supermarkets. The staff at the apartment is also very good. The items my friend left for me were already placed in my room by the apartment staff before I arrived in the UK. They respond to emails very promptly and quickly, are very diligent and responsible, and the rent is relatively reasonable!

The apartment facilities are all very new, and the front desk is also open 24 hours a day. Every time I go to ask for help, there is always someone available. The rooms are especially large and particularly clean, which I am very satisfied with.

Very nice apartment. Highly recommended to stay. The roommates are also great.

The apartment is very new and safe, with complete facilities. There is a supermarket across the street, and the bus station is right downstairs. Life is very convenient, and the front desk staff is also very responsible!

The service at the front desk is especially good, and there are many small activities. The location is great, with a large Sainsbury and Aldi nearby, as well as a Chinese supermarket. The bus stop is right downstairs, making it very convenient to get to Prince Street.

Especially satisfied, especially good, especially like.

Although the sparrow is small, it has all its organs; the staff attitude is enthusiastic, the facilities are complete, very clean, and they even prepared free food and equipment, showing great care.

Good internet speed, good apartment security, good service

Overall, it exceeded expectations! The neighborhood is great too!

The facility is new and visually pleasing. I really like this type of room, the bathroom is large and has a wet and dry separation. It takes two minutes to walk to Sainsbury's across the street from the apartment building. The bus stop is very close and convenient. I absolutely love the decoration style and color scheme of this apartment!!!
