With a wide range of in-house facilities, including a fitness suite, games room, cinema and quiet, comfortable study areas where students can relax and unwind, Crown Place Norwich is conveniently located in the heart of Norwich's vibrant city centre, within easy reach of the University of East Anglia by bus and just a short walk from Norwich University of the Arts, making it the ideal student accommodation. Features

Crown Place Norwich is a brand new student residence opening in 2019 and offers a wide range of En-suite, Studio and One-bedroom rooms to suit all types of students. Whether you want your own space or to socialise with a group of like-minded students, there is a flat to suit your needs. The flats have 705 beds, and all bedrooms have double beds, study desks and chairs, wardrobes, chests of drawers, and plenty of storage space. Shared kitchens include induction hobs, combi ovens, fridges and storage cupboards. In addition, Crown Place Norwich offers a wide range of facilities for students, including a gym, study rooms, cinema, entertainment room, party room, KTV, dinner room, etc. We hope that you can enjoy your study life in the UK while you study.

 

Location and What's Hot?

Crown Place Norwich is situated in the city centre, close to the shopping centre and department store, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. Marks and Spencer and Sainsbury's are 5 minutes walk away, so students can easily buy fresh food. The Grill House and Jorge's Restaurant are a 4-minute walk away, and there are also several restaurants nearby, so students have plenty of options for eating out. Chantry Place and Castle Quarter shopping centres are within a 10-minute walk and offer a wide range of chain restaurants and well-known shops, making them great student shopping destinations.

Students can walk from Crown Place Norwich to City College Norwich in 11 minutes, Norwich University of Arts in 12 minutes and University of East Anglia in 26 minutes by bus, so students will never have to worry about missing a school lecture again. Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay

No Place, No Pay
Eligibility: This policy is only available to first-year undergraduate or first year postgraduate students.
Conditions:
• You must inform Property Supplier within 7 days of receiving your university place rejection.
• You must provide Property Supplier with a written rejection letter from your chosen university/college.
• The final date to submit this evidence is 30th August 2024.
Outcome: If these conditions are met, you can cancel your booking, and Property Supplier will refund any rent paid.

Refund Guarantees Time Limit

7 day cooling off period
To apply for and book, a flat or bedroom at a Property Supplier managed property, you must pay £100 to reserve the room (described herein as "Reservation Rent"). This payment is made at the time of booking through our on-line booking system.

You will have 7 days from making your booking to sign the Tenancy Agreement. The Reservation Rent is fully refundable if you cancel your booking within this period. After this period the Reservation Rent is non refundable.

Once the Tenancy Agreement has been signed, the Reservation Rent will be held until the first rental payment falls due under your Tenancy Agreement and will be offset against the amount due.

To cancel your booking, you must tell us in writing by sending an email to the property you booked with.

No Visa No Pay

No Visa, No Pay (International Students)
Eligibility: This policy is applicable only to first-year undergraduate or postgraduate
international students coming to the UK.
Conditions:
• You must inform Property Supplier within 7 days of receiving notification that your visa application has been declined.
• You must provide Property Supplier with an official notification from the visa authorities.
• The final date to submit this evidence is 30th August 2024.
Outcome: If these conditions are met, you can cancel your booking, and we will refund any rent paid.

Booking, Cancellation Policy, and Liability

Cancellation by Property Supplier
In the unlikely event that Property Supplier have to cancel your booking, Property Supplier will notify you in writing and provide you with alternative accommodation. If the alternative accommodation is not suitable, you will have the option to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any rent paid.
General Conditions
• Any refund due will be processed within 14 days of receiving the necessary evidence.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
• If you have any extenuating circumstances that prevent you taking your place at University or your room with Property Supplier, you will need to provide evidence of your circumstances. Cases of this nature are considered on a case by case basis, please contact the residence you booked at to enquire and to understand what evidence Property Supplier may require.
