For students, saving commuting time is very important, and Varsity just meets this point. Usually, you can walk or bike to most places you need to go, greatly improving the convenience of daily life.

Secondly, the facilities in the apartment are very complete and well maintained. The common areas are clean and tidy, the gym is well-equipped, and the study area is quiet and comfortable, making it very suitable for students who need to focus on completing assignments and projects. The high-speed internet runs stably, and whether it's attending online classes, holding video conferences, or enjoying daily entertainment, there are no problems at all. The overall environment of the apartment is modern, and the design is very in line with the aesthetics of young people, making it feel comfortable and relaxing to live in.

This year, I chose to stay at The One in Ann Arbor, which was recommended by Overseas Housing. Overall, the service experience was good, and they responded to messages quickly~ It takes about 8 minutes by private shuttle to both Central Campus and North Campus, with a bus every 15 minutes. There is a free shuttle to the supermarket on weekends, and bus 22 goes directly to Central Campus from the front door. The apartment facilities and conditions are very good, with nearly 200 square meters of space, a separate washing machine, and all furniture included.
