The location is great, everything is nearby, the environment is safe, close to the subway station and the park, and you can take the school bus to and from school. The living room is very large, there's a doorman, and overall it's really nice!

The facility's internet speed and location are among the best nearby; it takes just 5 minutes to get to Columbia when you go downstairs, which is very conducive to studying. The interior is up to hotel standards, clean and tidy. The prices are indeed relatively high, but it reduces a lot of internal friction. The safety is very high; you must swipe your card to enter the door, the elevator, and the room.

There is a parking lot downstairs, which makes life very convenient. The location is near Lincoln Center, a little distance from Times Square, which just increases safety. There are only a few pedestrians on the road around the apartment, which is less than Times Square, but it does not appear deserted. There are ups when walking 0.5 mi, which is convenient for returning goods. There are dentists, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
