Short-Term Student Accommodation in Sydney

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the Sydney Accolade on Regent student apartment! The biggest surprise is that the rent includes all utilities + air conditioning, which is very rare in Sydney apartments, eliminating the worry of fluctuating monthly bills and making budgeting much easier. The location is fantastic, just a 4-minute walk to Redfern train station, super close to universities like the University of Sydney and UTS, with a hassle-free commute. I can easily make it to class on time. The room is fully equipped, with a private bathroom + kitchenette + fridge microwave, and the common area includes a gym, cinema, game room, and study area, providing an excellent living experience.

The facility is well- equipped with pool, sauna and community room. Each unit has furnitured and full functioning kitchen. A wide logia with the view of the city and all rooms have nature sunlight and full floor-to-ceiling windows. The reservation is running through quickly thanks to Uhomes, especially from Vietnamese Uhomes agency, Ms Thu Hien had helped me fill all the paper works and get ready to apply.

The environment is nice. The dormitory is a little cramped, but 19 square meters is still acceptable. The dorm room is relatively clean, with no unpleasant odors. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and can only be used for cooling or heating during scheduled periods. Since the first floor of the dormitory is close to the road, it can be windy and dust gets in easily, so more cleaning is needed. The apartment lobby is tidy and clean, with quite a few tables available for tenants to study. There are also meeting rooms in the common areas, which residents can conveniently book for group discussions. Printing services are available at the front desk for a fee. In terms of safety, there is access control, and there is a police station next door. Fire alarm tests are conducted once or twice every month to ensure the system is working properly. In terms of transportation, the subway station and bus stops are just across the road, making it very convenient to get around. It is only a little over a 10-minute walk to the University of Sydney Business School.

The Switch Kensington | UNSW student accommodation address: 4‑18 Doncaster Ave, Kensington NSW 2033. Newly completed in 2024, this 3-story low-density student apartment building is occupied almost entirely by international students from UNSW. 1. The location is very suitable for UNSW students It is a 10–15 minute walk to campus, with no need to take public transport, making it very convenient for deadlines and early morning classes. ES‑Marks light rail station is a 5–8 minute walk away, with L2/L3 lines going directly to the CBD and Chinatown. Centennial Park is nearby, making it easy to go for walks or runs. The surrounding area has cafés, small supermarkets, and pharmacies, and overall safety in the Kensington residential area is quite good. 2. All-inclusive bills, hassle-free, with free laundry and drying as the biggest plus Rent includes water, electricity, and internet. Each person gets 4 free laundry and drying sessions per week, so there is no need to buy a washing machine; many international students find this very practical. There are plenty of parcel lockers. The building has 24-hour CCTV and access control, with front desk staff working 7 days a week. Maintenance requests generally receive positive feedback, and repairs are handled relatively promptly. Short-term leases are available, including single-semester stays, making it friendly for language course students and exchange students, without being forced to sign a 12-month lease. Underground parking spaces are available for application. The building is new, has a 5-star green rating, and most feedback says there is no strong renovation odor. Each room has independent air conditioning, which is sufficient for Sydney summers. 3. The internet and broadband are excellent! The environment is very safe! Transportation is also very convenient, and the surrounding living facilities are well equipped! The students living here are all of good quality! Very satisfied! It is also very close and convenient to the university—you can walk there!

The apartment is in a great location with convenient transportation. There is a University of Sydney shuttle bus stop about 200 meters from the building, making it very easy to get to and from campus. The apartment is very new and well equipped, with amenities such as a gym and study room. Most importantly, breakfast is provided from Monday to Friday, and various activities are organized from time to time. With both food and fun, it makes us international students far from home feel especially warm and welcomed. The room is fully furnished and even comes with an electric kettle, which feels very thoughtful for someone like me who is used to drinking hot water. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available all year round, and bills are included, saving the trouble of paying for utilities and internet separately. The view outside the apartment is also amazing!

The overall experience of renting a house in a foreign land this time is quite good. The room has decent lighting, but it's not too sunny. During the day, there's basically no need to turn on the lights; it's bright and clean inside, and overall it's relatively new, making it quite comfortable to live in. Accessing the apartment requires a card swipe, and I can open my room's door with my phone's NFC, which makes me feel very secure. Living alone is also quite reassuring. The location is relatively quiet, without the noise of the city center, making it easy to rest at night. Daily life is also convenient, with supermarkets about a ten-minute walk away, making regular shopping effortless. The bus stop is also nearby, so commuting isn't too troublesome. Overall, it's quiet, secure, and convenient for living; I feel very settled here.

I live at Kingsford, 17/50 Forsyth St, Kingsford NSW 2032, 2b1b, and the overall experience has been good. The living room has a TV, and my roommate and I bought a Nintendo Switch, so sometimes we play games together on the TV. He also installed software to watch TV, which makes relaxing very convenient. The location is really good; if you just walk along this road at the entrance, it takes about 10 minutes to reach CSE at UNSW, saving a lot of time for classes. The only downside is that the room doesn't have air conditioning, but after we prepared a fan and a heater ourselves, there haven't been any issues in our daily lives. Overall, it's quite comfortable to live here.

To put it bluntly, the service quality of IGLU's student apartments is truly exceptional. The breakfast prepared is even more lavish than my dinner, with everything from coffee to yogurt, juice, bread, cocoa powder, cereals, fruits, and more. I've never seen such a luxurious breakfast. Additionally, there are plenty of free public facilities such as study rooms, activity rooms, and gyms. The fridge in the room is a full-height double-door one, and surprisingly, there is even an oven. It really is very comfortable to live here.

Convenient transportation, two minutes walk from the subway station, train station, and bus station, opposite UTS, about twenty minutes to Sydney University (USYD), and approximately twenty-five minutes to the city. Geographically superior, next to Woolworths, an Asian supermarket, and beauty stores, about a four to five minutes walk. The apartment is well-equipped with facilities including a study room, gym, communal laundry, dryer, ig (internet gaming), as well as a table tennis table and pool table, all provided for free. Occasionally, activities like seaside walks and BBQs are organized within the apartment. The room is well-furnished, featuring a double bed and basic furniture.

Very very very very very good service
