To put it bluntly, the service quality of IGLU's student apartments is truly exceptional. The breakfast prepared is even more lavish than my dinner, with everything from coffee to yogurt, juice, bread, cocoa powder, cereals, fruits, and more. I've never seen such a luxurious breakfast. Additionally, there are plenty of free public facilities such as study rooms, activity rooms, and gyms. The fridge in the room is a full-height double-door one, and surprisingly, there is even an oven. It really is very comfortable to live here.

Convenient transportation, two minutes walk from the subway station, train station, and bus station, opposite UTS, about twenty minutes to Sydney University (USYD), and approximately twenty-five minutes to the city. Geographically superior, next to Woolworths, an Asian supermarket, and beauty stores, about a four to five minutes walk. The apartment is well-equipped with facilities including a study room, gym, communal laundry, dryer, ig (internet gaming), as well as a table tennis table and pool table, all provided for free. Occasionally, activities like seaside walks and BBQs are organized within the apartment. The room is well-furnished, featuring a double bed and basic furniture.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the Sydney Accolade on Regent student apartment! The biggest surprise is that the rent includes all utilities + air conditioning, which is very rare in Sydney apartments, eliminating the worry of fluctuating monthly bills and making budgeting much easier. The location is fantastic, just a 4-minute walk to Redfern train station, super close to universities like the University of Sydney and UTS, with a hassle-free commute. I can easily make it to class on time. The room is fully equipped, with a private bathroom + kitchenette + fridge microwave, and the common area includes a gym, cinema, game room, and study area, providing an excellent living experience.
