The biggest surprise is that the rent includes all utilities + air conditioning, which is very rare in Sydney apartments, eliminating the worry of fluctuating monthly bills and making budgeting much easier. The location is fantastic, just a 4-minute walk to Redfern train station, super close to universities like the University of Sydney and UTS, with a hassle-free commute. I can easily make it to class on time. The room is fully equipped, with a private bathroom + kitchenette + fridge microwave, and the common area includes a gym, cinema, game room, and study area, providing an excellent living experience.

The facility is well- equipped with pool, sauna and community room. Each unit has furnitured and full functioning kitchen. A wide logia with the view of the city and all rooms have nature sunlight and full floor-to-ceiling windows. Each person gets 4 free laundry and drying sessions per week, so there is no need to buy a washing machine; many international students find this very practical. There are plenty of parcel lockers. Underground parking spaces are available for application. The building is new, has a 5-star green rating, and most feedback says there is no strong renovation odor. During the day, there's basically no need to turn on the lights; it's bright and clean inside, and overall it's relatively new, making it quite comfortable to live in. Accessing the apartment requires a card swipe, and I can open my room's door with my phone's NFC, which makes me feel very secure. Living alone is also quite reassuring. The location is relatively quiet, without the noise of the city center, making it easy to rest at night. Daily life is also convenient, with supermarkets about a ten-minute walk away, making regular shopping effortless. The bus stop is also nearby, so commuting isn't too troublesome. Overall, it's quiet, secure, and convenient for living; I feel very settled here.

I live at Kingsford, 17/50 Forsyth St, Kingsford NSW 2032, 2b1b, and the overall experience has been good. The living room has a TV, and my roommate and I bought a Nintendo Switch, so sometimes we play games together on the TV. He also installed software to watch TV, which makes relaxing very convenient. The location is really good; if you just walk along this road at the entrance, it takes about 10 minutes to reach CSE at UNSW, saving a lot of time for classes. The only downside is that the room doesn't have air conditioning, but after we prepared a fan and a heater ourselves, there haven't been any issues in our daily lives. Overall, it's quite comfortable to live here.

To put it bluntly, the service quality of IGLU's student apartments is truly exceptional. The breakfast prepared is even more lavish than my dinner, with everything from coffee to yogurt, juice, bread, cocoa powder, cereals, fruits, and more. I've never seen such a luxurious breakfast. Additionally, there are plenty of free public facilities such as study rooms, activity rooms, and gyms. The fridge in the room is a full-height double-door one, and surprisingly, there is even an oven. It really is very comfortable to live here.

The apartment is well-equipped with facilities including a study room, gym, communal laundry, dryer, ig (internet gaming), as well as a table tennis table and pool table, all provided for free. Occasionally, activities like seaside walks and BBQs are organized within the apartment. The room is well-furnished, featuring a double bed and basic furniture.
