Unlike many other accommodation providers, we don&#x27;t require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask that you pay the rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first rental payment. You could say it&#x27;s like giving yourself a little gift that you&#x27;ll appreciate in September!

Can I cancel after booking?

We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease, you can do so as long as you haven&#x27;t moved in yet. If the "cooling-off period" has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or you fail to meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa rejection document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them. We will conduct a qualification review, and once approved, they can take over your lease agreement.
