The living experience was excellent! The apartment was clean and tidy, the front desk service was thoughtful, and the 24-hour security made me feel very safe. There is a supermarket nearby downstairs, public transportation is convenient, and the room facilities are complete. It is very suitable for Sussex international students.

The staff are all very friendly, the room is also very clean, the internet speed is acceptable, and the soundproofing is quite good. Of course, if you want a quiet stay, don’t choose a room facing the street. Rooms that don’t face the street are relatively quiet. You just need to close the ventilation vent yourself; otherwise, it can be quite noisy.
Internet speed: Very fast
Hygiene: Very clean
Location: There is a bus stop downstairs, and a supermarket across the street

The living environment is very clean and good, and the sound insulation is also quite good. Highly recommended.
Housing is comfortable, and the surrounding environment is very good. The transportation is convenient, making it easy to reach the city center and schools.
Not bad, the facilities are all new.
The room is tidy and spacious with 24-hour security.
I think the reception is very good and very warm. Problems will be actively resolved.
Very good 👍 the surrounding environment is convenient

Everything is great and very professional, except that the window doesn't open wide and the range hood isn't very effective.

The supporting facilities are good, very close to the bus stop, and the transportation is very convenient, but the apartment's internet speed is inconsistent.

The environment is considered the best student apartment in Brighton, with Aldi right across the street. You can hardly hear any noise from the neighbors in the room; the soundproofing is very good. The security is excellent, but the security regulations are very strict, and you might get fined by security if you're not careful. The downside is that the price is indeed high.
