Your guests are more than welcome to accompany you and the apartment asks that you let the apartment team know and that your roommates are also considered. You are solely responsible to your guests and will be held liable for any complaints or damages caused by them.
How do I report a room maintenance issue?
Within 7 days of your arrival you will receive a checklist to complete and any issues you may find can be reported to property staff – who can then resolve them for you.
When should I check out?
Your final check-out date is the end date of the tenancy. You can leave before the tenancy end date, you just need to sign at reception to inform the on-site property team that you have left and do not intend to return.
Can I have a friend stay overnight?

No, nothing can be stored in the apartment after you leave, so take everything that is yours, or contact a storage company to assist.
When can I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of the end of the rental period and you will be reminded if there are any deductions. DPS will contact you to arrange a refund.
Can I pay in installments?
If you have a UK guarantor you can choose to pay in 4 or 9 installments, if you do not have a guarantor you will need to pay in full before arrival.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
If you are an international student and cannot pay by direct debit or card then we have the option of bank transfer. Be aware that many banks charge a "transfer fee" and you will need to make sure that the money you send covers both the transfer fee and the full rent.
When can I check in?
From the very beginning of your tenancy with an apartment, your room is cleaned and ready to go, and you don't have to check in on the start date of your tenancy agreement.
Can the apartment store my luggage before my arrival?
The apartment cannot store any items until your arrival.
