Additionally, in some residential areas of the apartments (such as Exeter), parking is prohibited within 1.5 kilometers of the dormitory area.

Therefore, the expected processing time for the payment to be credited is around 3-5 working days. Any delays may occur due to public holidays in both China and the UK. 2. Payment via bank wire transfer: VITA currently accepts bank wire transfers, either through Chinese wire transfers or UK bank accounts. UK wire transfers generally take about 1 week to process, while Chinese wire transfers typically require 1-2 weeks. Please note that VITA does not have a bank account in China, only a company account in the UK. Please use VITA’s official account for the wire transfer and strictly follow VITA's information, avoiding trusting any information provided by third parties.

What fees do I need to pay?

The fees you need to pay include a deposit (to be paid at the time of booking, amounting to 2 weeks' rent) + the remaining rent. All utilities, including water, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi, are included in the rent, as well as breakfast on weekdays.
