The apartment's safety measures are very well implemented. Although there are occasional fire alarm tests, this is exactly what ensures safety. ● Emergency handling: Once, I accidentally triggered the alarm while cooking, and the staff came immediately to help ventilate the air. The move-in experience at YPP Phase 4 was really great The office staff who handed over the keys were very friendly There were two Chinese receptionists who helped answer many questions at the beginning of the move-in process Breakfast on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays is more than enough for one person, and various activities have already been posted The facilities in the apartment are all in good condition, except for a little peeling on the wall, but the washing machine, refrigerator, heating, heated towel rack, sofa, and TV are all very good The room's soundproofing is also pretty good, and the cleanliness depends on the previous tenant, but cleaning is fairly convenient The location is really good. Morrison is right downstairs, and it's very convenient to get to the city center, other malls, supermarkets, and Chinese supermarkets, all nearby The coffee machine downstairs also offers one free cup of coffee every day Finally, the north-facing view from the higher floors is really great, with good natural light and large floor-to-ceiling windows

Very good location and nice environment I recommend this house, not just because it serves as a "landing point" , but also because it gives me the long-lost feeling of "home." What I am most satisfied with in the room is the excellent lighting. The staff were all very friendly, and it was easy to communicate with them whenever I had any questions. The location is truly convenient—very close to the school, supermarkets, and restaurants, which saved me a lot of time going to class, shopping, or eating out. The shared facilities in the apartment are also very complete, and the overall quality is good, more than enough for daily life. The only small issue is that the internet speed can be a bit slow sometimes, probably because there are quite a lot of residents. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied with everything else.
