If the "cooling-off period" has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or if you fail to meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa denial documents within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them. We will conduct a qualifying review, and once they are confirmed eligible, they can take over your lease agreement.
