Pretty good. For a place like Portsmouth, it’s better than most apartments. There are parking spaces right downstairs, the train station is just across the road, the indoor lighting is quite good, and there is a large common area on the first floor.
Facilities: The apartment is quite new, and the service at the front desk is very good. It has all the necessary amenities. A very nice apartment. Internet Speed: Free internet access, and the speed is great. It doesn't lag particularly. Soundproofing: The soundproofing is also good; you can't hear the neighbors talking. Cleanliness: The hygiene is very clean and everything is quite new. Each departing tenant must have it cleaned again. Location: The location is close to the city center, with Tesco, McDonald's, Chinese restaurants, and KFC all nearby. Downstairs, there is a good Chinese supermarket and convenience store.
Daily Sense of Life Living on the street is so comfortable, just a few steps down to the Fuchun River, taking evening strolls by the river breeze, even troubles are blown away by more than half. The surrounding community facilities are becoming increasingly complete, there’s no need to take a detour to buy groceries, pick up kids, or visit the park; life feels solid and worry-free. The small store at my doorstep has been running for nearly ten years, and the owner can remember my preferences. This kind of familiar warmth is really reassuring. Sense of Livability and Happiness
The apartment is good, the front desk can receive packages on behalf of residents, there are Chinese restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, the sound insulation is quite decent, it is warm in winter with sufficient heating, and it doesn't get too hot in summer.
I highly recommend Crown Place for studying in Portsmouth. The apartments are fully equipped with new facilities, the high-speed internet is seamless, and the sound insulation in the rooms is excellent to avoid disturbances. The front desk service is attentive, and most of the students in the area live here, making it very convenient for socializing and commuting.
First of all, the location is very advantageous, right in the city center, with the train station just across the street, and Sainsbury's, Iceland, Tesco, and Asda are all very close, no more than ten minutes away. There is 24-hour security, and the reception staff downstairs are very nice!
There hasn't been a formal decision to go to Birmingham yet, as I'm still waiting for the agency to provide the CAS, so I asked for help from a local to introduce rental options, which led me to connect with the very responsible and excellent teacher Kiko!! She managed to secure a place for me in a short time! First, let me talk about the experience of booking a room. I had compared and filtered through other agencies as well. As I am a person who values cleanliness, I have high expectations for my roommates. Teacher Kiko helped me filter out rental properties that are still available and assisted me in finding suitable roommates while reasonably analyzing the pros and cons of two locations.
