Think twice!
The most expensive but the worst experience I've had in a house I lived in. Built in 2010, it has no gym, the hallways are narrow, the facilities are old, the bathroom is difficult for one person to turn around in, maintenance for the facilities never comes, the kitchen has no exhaust fan, the windows are about to fall apart, the table is next to a dead wall with no openings, forcing your desktop computer to be placed at an awkward angle, and the light bulbs are dim.
Transportation: Commuting is relatively convenient.
Shopping: The nearby English Yoyo Supermarket is the worst I've seen among more than twenty in both the UK and the US, but the nearby Marks & Spencer has a really complete selection. The Tesco downstairs is very convenient.
