The house is very good, and I personally think that NCP is the best choice among the student apartments in Reading at the same price.
The house is in a good location and it is convenient to go anywhere.
The house is newly renovated and in great condition. The staff is very patient.
No more than half an hour's walk from the bus stop, supermarket, and school, very good.

The intermediary sister is very warm-hearted and nice, patiently answering every question and responding quickly. On the first day I arrived at NCP, I was greeted by a broken toilet → the start was quite awkward, but during this process, the intermediary sister kept helping me and was in contact with the apartment staff to get the toilet repaired as soon as possible (everyone knows the speed of the British). She was always thinking of ways to help me!
