The flats also have unique social spaces such as a cinema, games room and music practice room to balance students' social and academic lives. There are many popular restaurants and supermarkets close to the flats, making life extremely convenient for residents. Southampton Crossings flats have buses right on the doorstep, making it very easy to get wherever you want to go with a 3-minute walk to a Tesco supermarket. It needs 4-minute walk to Southampton Solent University—and 10 minutes by bus to the University of Southampton Highfield main campus.

 

Features

Southampton Crossings is a brand new 2020 flat with six room types, including En-suite (private bathroom and shared kitchen)and Studio (private bathrooms and kitchen). Each room type has been carefully designed with modern amenities and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed, table and chairs, shelves, wardrobe and more. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, crockery and various other kitchen items.

 

In addition, the flats offer a rooftop terrace relaxation area, recreation room, study room, bicycle parking, laundry room, etc. With free 200Mb wired internet access, 100Mb Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped infrastructure, students can use the common social area to organise a variety of activities freely.

 

Location and What's Hot?

Southampton Crossings is situated opposite Watts Park and next to East Park. The flats are next to London Road, which has a wide range of restaurants such as Tiger Lilly Restaurant and Far East, Sakura Japanese Restaurant and Nara Japanese Restaurant, pubs such as The Social and The Cricketers, and supermarkets such as Tesco's

 

Walk through Watts Park to London Road, where Guildhall Square is a food court full of East-meets-West restaurants. Less than a minute's walk away are the Westquay Shopping Centre, Marlands Shopping Centre, Marks & Spencer Argos, and Poundland, all great shopping destinations.

 

Transport 

Southampton Crossings Halls of Residence are close to the city centre and only about a 5-minute walk to Solent University. The bus is 18 mins to the University of Southampton. It's about 35  minutes to Winchester School of Art by train. All within 2 minutes of the nearby bus stop Cenotaph, from which you can catch a bus directly to the door of each campus. The train station Southampton Central is a 7-minute walk away, making it easy to get around.

 

Security and Service

Southampton Crossings flats are secured by security gates and surveillance cameras, with 24-hour security staff for your safety. A professional maintenance team is on hand 24 hours a day to help you with any queries. Bicycle storage is also available at the flats.

Check-in experience is really good! The facilities in all aspects are very new, the surrounding environment is also very good, and it is not far from the city center. If an applicant does not get a place on the course, they applied for they need to provide evidence from the educational establishment within 48 hours of their results being published.
Evidence can be a written rejection letter from the establishment or UCAS confirmation of rejection.
Evidence must be emailed to Southampton Crossings
Documents must be received by the site team within 48hrs from the date your results are published or by 1st September 2024 (which ever date is the sooner).
On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided Host are satisfied, we will cancel your agreement and refund your rent advance in full.
Any applicants who do not provide evidence by the timings outlined above will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.
These terms and conditions are correct as of 04/12/23 but Host reserves the right to change them or remove this offer at any time without prior notice.

On production of sufficient evidence of the Visa rejection, within 48 hours of receiving it, the applicants booking will be cancelled in full, with a full refund of the initial rent payment.
Any applicants who do not provide sufficient evidence by the dates outlined above, will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.
