The front desk staff of the apartment is warm and responsive, making the check-in experience very pleasant. The apartment is located in the center of Southampton, right across from a park with beautiful views. It’s a 5-minute walk to Solent University, and there’s a direct bus to the main campus of the University of Southampton. The bus stop is right downstairs, and it’s a 7-minute walk to the city center train station, making it convenient to get anywhere. The apartment facilities are very new. The en-suite room I stayed in had a private bathroom, plenty of storage space, and a well-designed layout. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, and more, and some room types also have a dishwasher. The apartment offers a free gym, KTV room, pool table, mahjong room, study room, and a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy city views. The apartment often organizes events, such as food festivals and Halloween pumpkin carving, creating a great atmosphere. The apartment also has 24-hour security, full CCTV coverage, and multiple access control systems, which makes it feel very safe. The front desk staff are very friendly, and package collection is reliable—nothing has ever gone missing.
