The service attitude is particularly good! Especially the young man Fran is very enthusiastic, the apartment has a great location, right outside is the bus station, and it is also very close to the city center. The facilities are also very complete, highly recommended!
The location of BH is quite good, close to supermarkets Lidl and Tesco, and two Chinese supermarkets. It is also near the largest shopping mall in Southampton, Westquay. If you attend classes at the Highfield campus, you can take the U1A bus downstairs. The apartment is fully equipped with facilities such as a Mahjong table, KTV, and coffee machine. Bread and milk are provided on Monday to Thursday mornings, while Friday is for fruits and yogurt. ItachiJuanFran is very helpful, responsible, and friendly. He will do his best to assist you if he can. When I first moved in, he helped me carry my heavy luggage upstairs without hesitation, and he has helped me with many things since then. I am very grateful to him!

It takes less than a minute to walk to the bus station from the apartment. The facilities in the apartment are all very new, great, and clean. There are KTV, PS5, and Switch available. Breakfast is provided on weekdays in the morning, and there is a 24-hour coffee machine as well as an ice maker! The facilities in the room are also very complete, and the shower is very big! It is the largest shower I have seen in an apartment in China Xiamen. It is also very convenient to receive packages at the apartment. The best part is the apartment staff! Fran is very friendly and nice, and he gave me a lot of help. The assistance was also very professional and quick!

Overall, it's very good! The sound insulation is slightly lacking, but the overall imperfections don't overshadow the fact that this is the best apartment in Nan'an. It's very safe and comfortable, with beautiful scenery, and the facilities are complete including Mahjong tables, pool tables, and a large balcony on the 3rd floor for ventilation.

Bargate House opened its doors in 2024 with 121 rooms, all of which are Studio rooms (private kitchen and bathroom). Spacious living, study, cooking and bathroom areas provide a comfortable environment for residents! The sound insulation is quite good; if your sleep quality is not good, I do not recommend staying in rooms next to the communal kitchen on the second floor; it doesn't matter for those who sleep late or have high sleep quality; there are many activities in the apartment like game consoles, PS5, board games, mahjong tables, billiards, KTV, etc. The TV screen in the room is very large, and the bathroom space is also large.

A very comfortable apartment. This is the most comfortable apartment I've been in. The management staff is very friendly and handles repair issues very quickly. I really like this apartment, but when I first came in, there was a smell of formaldehyde because it wasn't fully renovated. Now that I've lived here for a while, I've adjusted. In fact, the apartment is quite well-equipped with a Switch, PS5, and even a Mahjong table. The person I want to thank the most is Fran, the staff member here! He came back during the Christmas holiday just to retrieve my package for me, comforted me after I lost my keys, and quickly got me a new one the next day. He also listened to my feedback and arranged a new breakfast for us. However, the downside of this apartment is that we were initially told the renovation was completed, but it actually took two months to finish; the breakfast options are limited; and the sound insulation is poor.
