I lived in Yugo Austen House for over ten months, and the overall experience was great. The ensuite room is clean and tidy, with a private bathroom, making it very convenient to live in. The room has ample storage space, and both studying and living are very comfortable. The apartment is well-located, fairly close to the city center, supermarkets, and schools, making travel convenient. The front desk staff is very friendly, and the maintenance response is quite timely. The public areas are well-maintained, with high safety, making it very suitable for students in Southampton. I recommend staying here.
Facilities: Not bad. Compared with other apartments where pipes often burst and force you to move out, this one is actually quite good. Internet speed: Very fast, but it occasionally disconnects around midnight. Location: Great, in the city center. Lidl and Tesco are right next door, which is very convenient.

The room windows couldn't be opened, there was no air conditioning, and the soundproofing was very poor. The location was okay, the surrounding facilities were complete, and the front desk staff had a very good attitude, except for a certain bearded man. Beware of the bearded man in a suit who knocks on doors late at night.

However, it is cost-effective, conveniently located in the city center, and the bus stop is very close.
