The room is clean, tidy, and very cozy—I really like it. The common areas also have recreational facilities, such as a TV and a ping-pong table, and there are board games to play. There is also a printer downstairs, so I don’t have to go to school to print things. There is even a sewing machine, which feels very suitable for students studying fashion design. The lady at the front desk has a great attitude, and parcels are received promptly, so I don’t have to worry about my deliveries getting lost. The apartment can help receive and store parcels.
The overall living experience at RW Apartments is quite good. The room layout is well-organized, the bedding is clean, and there is plenty of storage space. The private bathroom is well maintained, and the facilities are in good condition. The room has good natural lighting, and the shared entrance door is highly secure. The room hardware is relatively new, making daily living convenient. The only downside is that the space is a bit small and the soft furnishings are simple, but overall it is suitable. Facilities: Complete and very new Internet speed: Very fast Cleanliness: The room was fully cleaned before move-in Location: Extremely close to the supermarket
The apartment is very spacious, and the kitchen also has floor-to-ceiling windows, so it doesn’t feel cramped. Location: Very close to Tesco, about a 20-minute walk to the town center. Facilities: Fully equipped
Riverside Way Apartments are in a great location, not far from Winchester city center. The staff respond promptly and are friendly, and the rooms are fully equipped, clean, and tidy. Overall, it offers decent value for money and is very suitable for students coming to Winchester to study and live. The stay experience was good.
The apartment facilities are very new, and the shared areas are also well equipped. The staff are conscientious and responsible, and they respond to issues promptly. It is a 15-minute walk to the school and a 5-minute walk to a large Tesco supermarket, making daily life very convenient.
Facilities: Great, with air conditioning, cinema, billiard table, study room Internet speed: Very good and fast Soundproofing: It's okay, you can hear sounds from the room in the hallway Hygiene: Acceptable Location: Fairly average
This stay experience was particularly good, the overall atmosphere is cozy and quiet, making daily living very comfortable. There is a large Tesco supermarket right next to the apartment, which makes it very convenient to purchase daily necessities. The only small detail is that it takes about a 15-minute walk to get to the city center, but overall, I still highly recommend staying here.
The kitchen space is very large, with a very good view and completely no crowding. The staff is also very friendly and patient, and there is a free breakfast provided on weekdays. The public facilities are also very well-equipped.
The bed is spacious, the room is bright, and the stay is very comfortable.

The staff is very enthusiastic and especially friendly; they won't be impatient if you have questions. The check-in process is particularly smooth, and the mattress is quite comfortable. The furniture is relatively new and very clean, but since no one has lived here, it's inevitable that there is some dust on the desk and bookshelf, so you need to wipe them down a bit by yourself.
