2 Bedroom Flats to Rent in Philadelphia

My rental requirements:
1. Near Upenn, at least within the security patrol circle.
2. Price within 1600.
3. Studio and independent bathroom are preferred.
4. Good lighting in the bedroom.
5. Relatively new facilities.
***The above requirements are sorted in order of necessity to acceptability.

***This is my third time renting a place, but this time it was extremely successful. All of the above requirements were met, and there were other aspects that improved my quality of life. It can be said to be exceptionally good value for money, so I would like to share my experience.

It's been two weeks since I arrived. Back in my home country, I found my current apartment through Yixiang Haobang more than a month in advance. It's an 8-minute walk to school and a 3-minute walk to the supermarket along two streets. The room is clean and tidy, and the provided desk, TV, and internet are all free. On the second floor of the apartment, there is not only a public study area but also a gym and printer, which is very convenient. 😄🥳 The customer service from Yixiang Haobang is very enthusiastic. They helped contact the apartment beforehand and even resolved the issue with the lease duration, and their replies were very prompt. Highly recommended for those studying in North America! ~
